Update (December 11, 2020):
The USPS completed installation of their master keys on all eleven new cluster mailboxes on Monday, December 7. New mailbox key distribution to affected homeowners took place on Tuesday, December 8, at the HOA Clubhouse on 2723 Breaker Lane. Of the 130 affected homeowners, thirty-three (33) have failed to come to the clubhouse to receive their new mailbox keys. Those thirty-three homeowners will have another chance to receive their new mailbox keys from the HOA Manager between 5:00 and 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 15 at the HOA Clubhouse. Affected homeowners will have to prove their identity and return their old mailbox keys to receive their new keys. Affected homeowners desiring to make other arrangements should contact the Eden Shores HOA Manager.

If your mailbox was one of the eleven that were recently vandalized within the Eden Shores HOA meighborhood (The Bay, The Cape, and The Breakers), please be informed that the new, secure mailboxes have been installed to replace them. New mailbox keys will be distributed to affected homeowners from the HOA clubhouse on 2723 Breaker Lane after the Post Office completes installation of their master locks on each of the clusters.
Notices will be posted on each new mailbox informing you of the dates and times your new mailbox keys may be picked up from the HOA clubhouse. [Note: you will need to identify yourself and return your old mailbox keys to get your new ones.]
