CLUBHOUSE RENTER’S CLEANING CHECKLIST

As a CLUBHOUSE RENTER, you must restore the facility to the condition it was prior to your use. Your party must remain within the clubhouse - the swimming pool area is not part of your clubhouse rental.
The following CHECKLIST should be completed after you leave the facility. Print this checklist, COMPLETE it, SIGN it, and then DROP IT OFF along with the clubhouse KEYS in the HOA mailbox at the clubhouse.

|
Mops
|
50-gal. trash bag(s)
|
Hand soap
|

Clorox, floor cleanser
|
Hand gloves
|
Paper towels, napkins
|
Dishwasher soap

CLEANING CHECKLIST
|
|
1. KITCHEN - clean the following:

2. TABLES & CHAIRS - do the following:

Countertops
|
Refrigerator
|
Clean off all tables and chairs
|
|
Microwave, stove/oven
|
Kitchen sink
|
Store all tables and chairs in the closet
|
|
3. FLOORS - do the following:

4. WALLS & ALCOVE - do the following:

|
Sweep floor areas clean
|
Remove decorations
|
Remove all tapes
|
|
Mop the floor areas clean
|
Clear ceilings and alcove of tape and litter
|
|
5. BATHROOMS - do the following:

6. SOUND SYSTEM - do the following:
|
|
Check/make sure the Men’s Room door is shut
|
Make sure the sound system is turned off
|
|
Check/make sure the Women’s Room door is shut
|
Remove/take away CDs/DVDs you may own
|
|
7. AIRCONDITIONER - do the following:

8. GARBAGE & TRASH - do the following:

|
Turn off the airconditioner/cooling system
|
Place all garbage/trash in the dumpster
|
|
Set the airconditioner/cooling system to AUTO
|
Ensure dumpster shed door is shut and locked
|
|
9. WINDOWS & DOORS - do the following:

10. LIGHTS - do the following:

|
Shut all windows
|
Ensure lights are turned off in the closet area
|
|
Make sure all doors are shut and locked
|
Ensure lights are turned off in the clubhouse
|
|
PENALTIES
|
|
If above requirements are not met, starting cost of penalty will be $75 for a janitor to come and complete what you missed in the cleanup. You have the option not to do any cleanup and a janitor will come early morning after your party for the cost of $100.00.
Other PENALTIES include:

|
$30 - For leaving aircon/cooling system on
|
$20 - For leaving floors sticky or with debris
|
|
$10 - For not stowing garbage/trash
|
$30 - For leaving lights on
|
|
$30 - For losing clubhouse key(s)
|
$200 - For using the swimming pool and pool area
|
|
$20 - For leaving walls and ceilings, and alcove area, with tape, decorations, or debris
|
|
PLEASE PRINT, COMPLETE, AND SIGN THIS FORM AND DEPOSIT IT TOGETHER WITH THE CLUBHOUSE KEYS IN THE CLUBHOUSE MAILBOX.
