If you are the victim of a wrongdoing and you believe one or several of the Eden Shores HOA security cameras can be of help, you may gain access to camera records by sending an email to SurveillanceCameraAdmin@TheEdenShores.org describing the incident and providing date(s) and time(s).

Notice a stray Costco shopping cart in the neighborhood? Call Costco at 510-921-3126 - press Option 1 (Admin) - and tell the Costco management the exact location of the shopping cart.

Issues with mail, mail delivery, fraud, etc?

The US Postal Inspection Service has a call center to handle question and concerns about the mail and mail delivery. You can dial 1-877-876-2455 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in ALL TIME ZONES for issues including mail service (press 1), emergency situations (press 2), mail theft or identity theft (press 3), mail fraud (press 4), and customer support (press 5).

Please be extra cautious when driving though or about our community. The speed limit in any part of the community is 25 MPH.
